In this scenario, we play a central role in the preparation and execution of a sale process for selling shareholders. This includes preparing management for a transaction with a well-supported and value maximising business plan, coordinating with all relevant advisers involved, leading and managing the entire process with potential buyers, coordinating with potential lenders and negotiating towards a final offer.

We offer tailor-made strategic and process advisory services for investors pursuing a buy-side opportunity. Our role includes leading and managing the process with all relevant stakeholders involved, providing intel and guidance regarding the process, assisting the client with extensive valuation analyses, as well as negotiating towards a final offer.
